Riyadh Air, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s new national carrier, has signed a landmark agreement with Rolls-Royce for 100 Trent XWB-97 engines to power its fleet of up to 50 Airbus A350-1000 aircraft. At the 2025 Paris Air Show, EgyptAir solidified its ambitious fleet renewal and expansion plans by confirming a firm order for six additional Airbus A350-900 aircraft, increasing its total commitment for this model to 16 jets.
